Information We Collect

Candidates and prospective candidates
Name, contact details, location and right-to-work information. CV, employment history, education, qualifications, skills and professional interests. Salary, benefits and notice-period expectations. Interview notes, assessment results, references and feedback. Information contained in your LinkedIn profile, professional website, portfolio or other publicly available professional sources. Communications with us by email, telephone, video call, forms or social-media platforms. Equality, diversity, health, disability, criminal-record or similar information where relevant and permitted by law. We only request special-category information where necessary, lawful and appropriate—for example, to support reasonable adjustments, meet legal obligations or report anonymised diversity information.
Clients, contacts and suppliers
Name, work contact details, job title and employer. Information about your organisation’s hiring requirements, commercial relationship and communications with us. Billing, contractual and payment-related information where relevant.
Website visitors
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited. Information submitted through website forms, including enquiries and contact requests. Cookie and similar-technology data, where used.
How We Use Your Data

We may also obtain professional information from LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms; publicly available websites, company pages and portfolios; referrals from clients, candidates or professional contacts; job boards and CV databases; and previous employers, referees or other third parties, where appropriate and lawful. If we obtain your information from another source, we will provide relevant privacy information within the timescales required by UK GDPR—generally within one month, at the first communication with you, or before disclosure to another organisation, whichever comes first.
Who We Share Data With
We may share personal data with clients and prospective clients in connection with recruitment opportunities; candidates, where necessary to facilitate recruitment processes; professional advisers; technology, hosting, CRM, applicant-tracking, email, video-conferencing and other service providers; referees, background-check providers and verification providers; regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts or public authorities where legally required; and a purchaser, investor or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale. We take reasonable steps to ensure that service providers process personal data securely and only in accordance with our instructions. We will not share your CV or identifiable candidate profile with a client for a specific role without an appropriate basis and, where required, your prior agreement.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we will use appropriate safeguards required by UK data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or approved contractual safeguards.
Data Retention

Candidate records and CVs are normally retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, unless a longer period is necessary or you ask us to retain them for future opportunities. Client and business-contact information is retained for as long as the relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Financial, contractual and tax records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Website enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to and manage the enquiry. We may retain anonymised information for statistical, reporting and service-improvement purposes. You may ask us to delete or update your data at any time, subject to any legal or legitimate reason we need to retain it.
